Our own Dr. Ujjwal had an opportunity to fight at Pentagon MMA scrimmage yesterday. Lot of fun with some many kids and adults get to experience Muay Thai. Since it was a scrimmage, there was no winner or loser- however, still a great time with Muay Thai – a great show at Pentagon MMA !!! So much fun for everybody and a great community!!!!
MSR is all about teaching and empowering our community with knowledge and education !!! Such a great Injury prevention seminar today. We had a great turnout – full of questions. Live cases and live patient- with on the spot assessment – treatment – self treatment scenario from acute, subacute to later stages, we had amazing conversations about different strategies, exercises, education, self treatments, red flags and all the fun stuff. Thank you all for showing up. It was just amazing. Josh Stallings did an amazing presentation!
Dr. Ujjwal in Nepal
Recently, Dr. Ujjwal was in Nepal. He had lot of fun and was able to conduct 3 health seminars in Nepal to spread knowledge about proper health, rehab and wellness. He believes it was a great opportunity to give back to community and people who are in needs.
